After reading this section of the book it was basically about how the students strive to be different. Madame Esme sees it in them but other teachers are holding her back. She keeps getting sexually harassed and I feel as if since shes not putting anything out there and since she has such a strong interior that's why people want her to change. At the faculty meeting she says that the teachers and trying to make all the kids think the same. She also is starting to put more books on the shelves.
